The Powers family invited us (and a bunch of other kids) over for a fun art party today.
Our first task when we got there was to paint a paper plate to create our sun. Zander is already hard at work on his plate.
They had a six-person easel that we used for our painting. How cool!
Don’t interrupt the artist while she’s working.
After we finished painting, it was time to create butterflies using coffee filters, markers, and water.
I loved this purple marker!
I also enjoyed decorating my face. Don’t I look lovely?
Check out my sweet dolphin tat! I keep touching it, but it won’t go away. Very interesting…
Then we took a break for lunch, followed by some yummy dessert. That made me one happy girl!
After lunch, Mommy helped me to assemble my mobile.
Phew! All of that creative art work sure took it out of me. It’s hard work (but also lots of fun)!
