Story told by: Henry
My birthday isn’t until February 18, but we had an early birthday party with lots of friends last night. It was filled with trains, and I loved every minute of it!
Mommy got a cool shirt for me to wear.
I also kept my conductor hat on for a few pictures.
Train signs greeted our guests as they arrived for the party.
Come ride the Henry Express!
Upon arrival, a sign directed guests to the appropriate location.
There were lots of train decorations around the house.
At the craft table, there was a fun train craft and train coloring pages.
We also had lots of yummy food for our guests to enjoy.
One of Mommy’s friends made an amazing cupcake cake for my party. This was definitely my favorite thing of the night!
As the guests arrived, they started digging into the food!
Some of my friends started doing the crafts after they were done eating.
After food and crafts, it was time to sing “Happy Birthday” to me.
As you saw in the video, I wasn’t sure how to blow out the candle, but Mommy was there to help me.
And even though I don’t know how to blow out candles, I do know how to eat a cupcake like a champ.
Chocolate cupcakes and a white shirt weren’t the best combination, so I had to go shirtless for the rest of the night.
Then it was time for presents!!
I got some great presents! I’m very thankful for all of my new toys and clothes!
As the night came to a close, guests had another sign to let them know where to go.
Each guest had to claim their baggage on their way out.
They got a delicious train cookie…
…and a thank you note from me.
Thank you to everyone to came to celebrate my second birthday! What a fun night!
