Mommy, Grandma, and I went to the Miller Park Zoo in Bloomington today.
It is a very small zoo, but we thought we would check it out.
Our first stop was to see the wallabies.
Hi there, buddy!
Next we went to see the otters.
Grandma had to stop me from jumping in the water with them. It just looked like they were having so much fun!
We got to see the seals being fed, but they didn’t really want to eat their fish. I don’t know what was wrong with them. I ALWAYS want to eat my goldfish.
I also loved running away from Mommy and Grandma. It gave them lots of exercise.
Here is Grandma bringing me back to Mommy. I was less than thrilled.
It turns out I was much more interested in my stroller than the animals. Good thing Grandma paid for me to play with my stroller while surrounded by some fun animals.
Most of the animals were asleep when we went through today. It was hard me for to find the sleeping animals high up in the trees. These monkeys were close, though, so I could see them!
Look at that big kitty! I bet I could pull on his tail like I do with Grandpa and Grandma’s cats. Here kitty, kitty, kitty!
Saying “hi” to the goats. Normally we can go into pet them, but there was a lock on the gate today. Bummer!
I tried really hard to touch this goat, but he was just a little too far away.
I made a friend while watching the goats. He wasn’t sure what to make of me, but I found him very fascinating!
One of our last visits was with Mr. Piggy. He was busy eating, but I still enjoyed peeking in on him.
