Here is a snapshot of what 45 minutes of our day looks like.
I love climbing on Mom.
I also love riding on my bus.
It has buttons to push that play fun songs while I ride.
I really like it when my mom pushes me around the house over and over and over again.
I’m done with that now. I’m ready to climb on Mom again.
I spy with my little eye…
Mommy’s glasses!!!
“Take Mommy’s Glasses” is definitely one of my favorite games.
Now I’m ready to play with some toys.
I see you Mommy.
I want to come play with you again.
Now I want to see what’s behind this gate.
How do I get in there?
I just reach my hand behind there? Well, that’s easy.
Fireplace tools! Yes!
Mean Mommy. She took me away from the fireplace tools. I’m not happy.
Okay, I’m over it. Time to play with my walker.
Zoomin’ all over!
Chore time! First I help Mommy load the dishwasher. This is my favorite chore.
Next I help her with laundry.
Maybe I can get away while Mommy’s distracted with laundry.
Almost there…
Yes, I made it to the toilet!
Okay, Mommy won’t let me play with the toilet anymore, so I’m back to helping her with laundry.
My specialty is chewing on socks.
Hmmm…maybe I’ll just check on the toilet again.
What?!?! Mom closed the door!
That’s okay, I’ll just play with this vent.
Phew! All of that activity made me hungry.
All gone!
Time for a diaper change.
All snuggled up in my Sleep Sack.
Time for my nap. I don’t love this part, but…
it doesn’t take long before I’m fast asleep.
Sometimes people ask Mommy if she gets bored being a stay-at-home mom. She just laughs.
