Story told by: Lainey
I had my first day of preschool today (for the second time), and boy oh boy, I was sure excited!
Mommy and I took a few pictures before we left the house.
I’ve decided that I want to be a mommy and a lamb farmer when I grow up. I want to be a lamb farmer on Mondays and Tuesdays, and a mommy on all the other days. When the lambs get too big, I’ll send them to another farm because I only want baby lambs on my farm. Also, I don’t want dirty fields, so I’ve assigned Daddy the job of walking around with a bowl to catch all of the lamb poop.
Let’s get going!
I got a picture with my teachers. Miss Stahlecker (on the right) was the same helper teacher I had last year, but Mrs. O’Loughlin (on the left) is my new teacher. I’m so excited!
Mommy and I made some gifts to show our teachers how thankful we are for their hard work, so I handed those out right away.
This jar of Jolly Ranchers was for Miss Stahlecker.
This jar of goodies was for Mrs. O’Loughlin (you say her last name like “O’Locklin”).
While I was in preschool, Mommy had her own special date with friends! The boys went to play with a babysitter, and Mommy had a relaxing morning (with lots of coffee, of course).
And then before I knew it, Mommy and the boys were there to pick me up. I had such a fun day! My favorite parts of the day were singing a name song about a bumblebee, and playing with the toys during free time. I’m looking forward to a wonderful year!
