Two-Year Checkup/Nine-Month Checkup

Brody and I had a combined checkup today!

I was excited to get to stand on the scale like a big boy!

I read my book for about 30 seconds, and spent the rest of the appointment trying to run Brody over with the stroller.

I had some good laughs with Dr. Mike. Here are my stats:

Height – 2 feet, 11.25 inches (75th percentile) (Lainey was the same height)

Weight – 35.1 pounds (100th percentile) (Lainey was 29 pounds, 7 ounces)

Dr. Mike said that even though my weight is a little out of proportion with my height, he’s not worried because he feels very little body fat on me. He said I am SOLID, and ready to report for my linebacker position.

In spite of the ear infection Brody has had since the beginning of January, Mommy got some smiles out of him.

This is Brody’s latest and greatest trick! Getting down is another story, though.

Here are Brody’s stats…

Height: 30 inches (95th percentile) (Same as Henry, and Lainey was 29 1/2 inches)

Weight: 26 pounds, 14 ounces (100th percentile) (Henry was 23 pounds, and Lainey was 20 pounds, 8 ounces)

Head Circumference: 19.25 inches (100th percentile) (Henry was 18 3/4 inches and Lainey was 19 inches)

There is definitely lots of Brody to love!

His consult to determine a surgery date for tubes with the ENT specialist is on Monday. Mommy is very ready for Brody to feel better and to sleep!
