WSU was the host of the 2014 Pac-12 Track & Field Championships today! We wanted to see some great athletes, so we headed to campus to cheer them on (especially the Cougar athletes).
We were decked out in our favorite Cougar gear. My squeaky Cougar shoes received quite a bit of attention.
Daddy held me up high so I could see the long jump happening in the middle of the field.
Every time Mommy tried to take a picture of me today, I said, “No, Mommy, no.” She is pretty tricky, though, so she managed to sneak in a few pictures.
Henry spent some time watching the events as well.
I spent a good amount of the day climbing on the bleachers and running around (which meant there were also a few head bonks and skinned knees).
Henry hung out with Daddy for awhile before falling asleep. He tried to stay awake for as long as possible, though, so he wouldn’t miss anything.
The “munners” (runners) went right past our seats. The races were my favorite part!!
When the munners came by, I would stop whatever I was doing to watch them. Maybe that will be me some day!
