One of my best friends, Kate, is moving to Houston, Texas in a few days with her family. I am going to miss them so, so much! While Kate’s parents packed, we had Kate and her big sister, Clara, over to play this morning.
We started with a yummy breakfast together.
We played with toys.
Then we made cookies with Mommy. We took turns adding ingredients and mixing.
Waiting patiently for the cookies to come out of the oven.
They’re done! Mommy let us each have one for a snack. Yum!
We took some time to read and insisted on shoving ourselves into Henry’s toy to do so.
While Mommy cleaned up the cookie-making supplies, we got to work on some coloring pages.

Then we spent some time outside in the beautiful weather!
After naps, the Mangold family came back over for dinner. We had time to play outside after dinner. Mommy and Jennisa are really going to miss one another!
