Today was a day to celebrate my wonderful mommy!
Before we went to church, we got some pictures with Mommy.
The flash stunned me a little in this picture.
While I got pictures, Lainey threw a temper tantrum. Just keepin’ it real on Mother’s Day.
After church, we went for brunch at Banyan’s. They said it was delicious, but wouldn’t let me try anything. Darn.

When we got home, Lainey went down for a nap while Mommy and I spent some time together. I did lots of smiling and talking. In one part of the video, Mommy mentions that I’m on my favorite rug. I know it sounds weird, but when I’m on that rug, I’m consistently happy. It works, so Mommy doesn’t question it.
After our naps, we went on a nice walk. Lainey insisted on putting two books in her backpack and bringing it on the walk.
I was quite happy in the stroller.
Lainey got tired, so she joined me in the stroller for the last part of the walk.
We ended the day with Daddy grilling up some yummy steaks (that I, once again, couldn’t eat). What a fun day of celebrating Mommy!
