Story told by Lainey
We had a fun St. Patrick’s Day today! We started out by going to Bonkerz.
Grandpa and I had fun pushing our babies around in the shopping carts.
We met our friends Clara and Kate at Bonkerz.
I had fun pushing Kate around in the firetruck.
Grandma and I spent lots of time pushing strollers. She has some great stroller-pushing skills.
While I played with Grandma, Grandpa, Kate, and Clara, Jennisa and Mommy got to relax on the couch with the babies. Baby Annie is Clara and Kate’s little sister. She is just a few days younger than Henry.
After my nap, Mommy had some fun St. Patrick’s Day crafts planned. The first craft involved Fruit Loops.
I helped Grandma for about two minutes…
…and then I decided that it was snack time.
So, this turned into Grandma’s craft. It was a win-win situation…I got to eat and Grandma got to do my craft for me.
Look at our masterpiece! Thanks for being my assistant, Grandma!
Next we got to make a shamrock out of my footprints.
About halfway through the project, Mommy forgot how the shamrock/footprint picture was supposed to look.
So the shamrock ended up looking quite unique and not at all like a shamrock. Oh well! I still had fun putting my feet in paint!
