I have so many special women in my life! I got to spend today celebrating Mommy and Grandma Shelly.
This is the time that Mommy got out of bed. She was SO EXCITED! Grandpa was amazing and got up early with me at 6:30. He gave me a bath and gave me a yummy breakfast.
Mommy got to start her morning with reading a magazine that she hasn’t been able to read in weeks, and playing on her Kindle.
Mommy and Grandma also got to watch “Price is Right” (which was already recorded on the DVR). Their favorite show to watch together!
In the middle of a relaxing morning, Grandpa came back from Starbucks to deliver coffee to Grandma and Mommy.
PJs, “Price is Right,” and coffee. Nothing better!
After lots of lounging around, Grandma got up to make French toast for everyone.
It was yummy!
While I took my morning nap, Mommy got to watch two episodes of “Ellen.” This made Mommy very happy.
Once I woke up, I had some fun with Uncle Jared and Uncle Jeff.
Then it was time to open presents. I was a big helper.
Mommy got some nice cookware! Thanks Grandma and Grandpa!
Then it was time for Grandma to open presents. She started with some nice lotions from Uncle Jeff and Uncle Jared!
Then I helped her open up some presents from Grandpa.
For one of her presents, Grandma got some candles. I needed to test them out by sticking my whole face into the candle.
Yep, this is also a good candle. I approve!
We went to a Mexican restaurant for lunch. Grandma and Grandpa celebrated with some yummy drinks (that they wouldn’t let me have)!
So, they just give you these chips for free? They’re delicious! After this, I decided to dump our free chips all over the floor. Good thing they can bring us more!
I also wanted to try a lime. I had several different reactions to this.

After another nap, Grandma, Grandpa, Mommy, and I went on a walk to the park.
I loved riding in the wagon!

I got to drive the toy fire truck with Grandma.
After I went to bed, the Mother’s Day celebration continued. Grandpa grilled burgers for everyone.
They ended the day by eating Oreo ice cream cake from Cold Stone and watching a movie. Mommy said it was a perfect Mother’s Day!
